Returns on books / Retourzendingen van boeken

Netherlands & EU 

ENGLISH: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@eurekaeditions.com with your order details. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described. You may also cancel your order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at info@eurekaeditions.com.

NEDERLANDS: Op grond van het EU-consumentenrecht heeft u het recht om uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het laatste artikel te herroepen, zonder opgave van reden. Om dit recht uit te oefenen, dient u ons binnen 14 dagen na levering op de hoogte te stellen via info@eurekaeditions.com met vermelding van uw bestelgegevens. Vervolgens heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen de tijd om het artikel/de artikelen in dezelfde staat als ontvangen te retourneren. De retourverzendkosten zijn voor uw rekening, tenzij het artikel beschadigd, defect of niet zoals beschreven is aangekomen. U kunt uw bestelling ook annuleren voordat deze is verzonden door contact met ons op te nemen via info@eurekaeditions.com.

ENGLISH: We are a small independent publisher and bookstore striving to survive therefore we don't accept returns if they turn out to be unwanted. This way we avoid books being read and afterwards returned.

ENGLISH: After receiving the book(s) you have 14 days to return the book(s). Returns on 'damaged' books means that the received book(s) are different from their described condition on our website (for more information read the details on the different 'conditions/ quality descriptions' of our books). Please note that photo's of the book(s) will be required and also of the package if possible. When contacting us for a refund/return on damaged books join your order receipt or invoice. When the return on 'damaged books' is validated, Eureka Editions will take charge of the shipping costs. 

NEDERLANDS: Na ontvangst van het boek/boeken heeft u 14 dagen de tijd om het boek/ boeken te retourneren. Retournering van ‘beschadigde’ boeken betekent dat de boeken afwijken van de staat zoals beschreven op onze website (lees voor meer informatie de details over de verschillende ‘condities/kwaliteitsbeschrijvingen’ van onze boeken). Houd er rekening mee dat foto's van het boek/de boeken vereist zijn en indien mogelijk ook van de verpakking. Voeg uw bestelbon of factuur bij uw aanvraag toe. Wanneer de retourzending van ‘beschadigde boeken’ is gevalideerd, neemt Eureka Editions de verzendkosten voor zijn rekening.

Conditions & quality descriptions / Condities & kwaliteitsbeschrijvingen

ENGLISH

• New: Perfect condition, unread  
• As New: Acquired secondhand, almost in perfect condition, very light signs of use
  
• Very Good: Acquired secondhand, has been read but not cracked open at the spine, has light signs of use
• Good: Acquired secondhand, has been read/may be cracked open at the spine, has signs of use, no notes or underlining present in the main text.
• Acceptable: Acquired secondhand, visibly read, has stronger sign of use, is not fragile to the point of breaking/losing pages or missing pieces of the cover sides/spine, may have notes/underlinings.  
• Used: Acquired secondhand, visibly read, has extensive signs of use, is fragile or has broken, missing parts of the covers sides/spine, may have notes/underlinings.

NEDERLANDS

• Nieuw: Perfecte staat, ongelezen
• Als Nieuw: Tweedehands aangeschaft, bijna in perfecte staat, zeer lichte gebruikssporen
• Zeer Goed: Tweedehands gekocht, gelezen maar niet opengebroken bij de rug, heeft lichte gebruikssporen.
• Goed: Tweedehands aangeschaft, is gelezen/kan opengebroken zijn bij de rug, vertoont gebruikssporen, geen aantekeningen of onderstrepingen in de hoofdtekst.
• Acceptabel: Tweedehands aangeschaft, zichtbaar gelezen, vertoont duidelijk gebruikssporen, is niet zo kwetsbaar dat er pagina's breken/ontbreken of stukken van de zijkanten/rug van de kaft ontbreken, kan aantekeningen/onderstrepingen bevatten.
• Gebruikt: Tweedehands aangeschaft, zichtbaar gelezen, vertoont uitgebreide gebruikssporen, is kwetsbaar of kapot, ontbrekende delen van de omslagzijkanten/rug, kan aantekeningen/onderstrepingen bevatten.

FRANCAIS

• Nouveau: Parfait état, non lu
• Comme neuf: Acquis d'occasion, en parfait état, très légères traces d'utilisation.
• Tres Bon:  Acquis d'occasion, a été lu mais n'a pas été ouvert au niveau du dos, présente de légères traces d'utilisation. 
• Bon: Acquis d'occasion, a été lu/peut être ouvert au niveau du dos, présente des traces d'utilisation, pas de notes ni de soulignements dans le texte principal. 
• Acceptable: Acquis d'occasion, visiblement lu, présente des signes d'usure importants, n'est pas fragile au point de se déchirer/perdre des pages ou de manquer des morceaux de la couverture/du dos, peut comporter des notes/soulignements.
• Utilisé: Acquis d'occasion, visiblement lu, présente des signes d'usure importants, n'est pas fragile au point de se déchirer/perdre des pages ou de manquer des morceaux de la couverture/du dos, peut comporter des notes/soulignements.
