Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eureka Editions. We want to ensure your order arrives safely and transparently. Please review our shipping conditions below.

Estimated Delivery Times

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays (our business weekend) or public holidays.
Once shipped, your estimated delivery transit times are as follows:
  • The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Belgium and Germany: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of Europe (EU): 3 to 7 business days.
  • International (Outside EU): 7 to 14 business days.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs and Return Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • Domestic (NL) Shipping: starting from EUR 4,40 for Standard delivery, or Free for orders over 45,00 EUR.
  • EU Shipping: Starting from EUR 9,95
  • International Shipping: Starting from EUR 14,00
Who Pays for Returns?
In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping and Customs Fees

We ship worldwide

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Outside the EU)
If you order from outside the European Union, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local VAT levied by your country's customs office.
  • Eureka Editions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and local taxes.

Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Orders

We fully insure your packages until they safely reach your doorstep. If something goes wrong during transit, here is how we handle it:
  • Delayed Orders: If your order is significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact us at info@eurekaeditions.com with your order number. We will open an official investigation with the courier to locate your package.
  • Lost Orders: A package is considered officially lost if it shows no tracking movement for more than 21 business days. In this case, we will ship a replacement order to you free of charge or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Items: Because we sell secondhand books, minor shelf wear or pre-disclosed aging is normal; please review listing photos carefully before purchasing. However, if your order arrives with new physical damage caused during shipping, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately. Email the photos and your order number to info@eurekaeditions.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and issue a refund or store credit.
