A further record, PD Ouspensky

This new edition makes A Further Record again available to the public. Previously published only in a limited edition of twenty copies and later a Penguin Arkana Edition, it encompasses the breadth of Ouspensky's teaching on an impressively wide range of topics. During the period 1928 to 1945 Ouspensky held many meetings at which he gave detailed answers to his student's questions, whether those questions were naive or profound. By constant defining and refining for his audience's benefit, he imparted a wealth of knowledge and a clear exposition of the system he devised. The material in this book consists of verbatim extracts from those meetings. Ouspensky's grasp of the nature of man and the cosmos covers all aspects of our existence. Here, his ideas are grouped into subjects for ease of reference, and include sections on self-remembering (including the nature and purpose of suffering), will, negative emotions, energy centers in man, cosmology, and the Lord's Prayer.
